Order Policy
- When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. we will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details
- Any changes of particular (e.g. receiver’s address, messages, etc) must be make within 6 hours in advance or the day before.
- Cancellation of orders will be subject to 20% handling/processing fee.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. we cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
Bouquet
Bouquet size, shades, bloom size and color might vary from the pictures shown.
All flowers are perishable items and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless.
